Celebrating The Elder Spirits

from Admire The Cosmos Black by Lord Impaler

lyrics

Stars,
Jewels hanged on a dark blue cloth,
The sky of midnight.
Guides to other spheres of existence
Written in pages now lost.
Symbols of the infinity of Wisdom
(Sweet nostalgia for the dreamers)

Secrets,
Unlocked by those (True Seers)
Who stood against the madness of Israel,
Now forgotten by death and time itself!
A water's reflection upon the yellow sand,
An instance of the Eternal Dome
Conceived by bright minds.
(Built by worthy hands)
An image of the Tetraktis!

Pit of worms is called all knowledge,
Sons of Satan we are called.
We accept this name!
(And ridicule the mob)
In full sight of their Paradise
Aware of their "Truth"
We willingly cast our souls
Into Hell's fire

We baptize ourselves
Warriors against Christianity
And Fall into battle.

With might we strike...
We will crush this God of spiritual nothingness!

The triumphant smile of Christ
Will not last long.
From now on, blessed are the wise!

The Holy marble of Parthenon,
A reminder of things still to come.
At moonlit grounds we stand.
In dark times,
We whisper ancient names, forbidden
And swear restoration
Of our glorious Ancient Kingdom...

about

Lord Impaler Greece

Lord Impaler is a Hellenic melodic black metal act with a strong scandinavic flavor. Unlike the majority of contemporary metal bands that succumbed to the triumph of 'fragmentaire', we present a kind of black metal that is rarely met anymore.

Formed in 1998, still alive and kicking.

Current lineup consists of Tragon, Lord Nebulah, Phlegethon, Nodens and Aenaon.
